Terrence Shearer of 215 Perry Street was sen- tenced to five months in jail and at the conclusion, of his jail terni he is to be on pro- bation for one year. During his tern of probation he is to report to a Probation Officer each month. Norman William Edmonds 39, of Il Brock Street North was sentenced to two years and three months in prison on the first côunt of trafficking in methamphetamine (speed). He was sentenced to 18 months on each of the other two counts of trafficking in speed. These sentences are to run concurrent to the one already imposed. The exhibition will run until November 24 and is the third solo display of recent works of Laurine Sage. This accomplished Osha- wa Artist was born in Kirk- land Lake, Ontario, a self inal offence. Mr. Edmonds was on parole at the time he committed the drug traffick- ing offence. Also sentenced on the drüg trafficking charge was an Oshawa youth. Dominic Molinero was sentenced to seven months in jail and at the conclusion of the jail term he is to be on probation for 18 months. During this time he and Terrence Shearer are not to associate with any person who is "associated with drugs in anyway at all.
