W., WHITBY TOWN OF WHITBY MAIL SERVICE The Council of the Town of whitby is in receipt of comments and letters from a number of residents indicating that as a resuit of the transfer of the mailing process from Whitby to the Oshawa Post Office, there has been a general deterioration in the quality of mail service to the people of this communi ty. In view of these comments, the citizens of Whitby are invited to advise the Council of their comments on the level of mail service and in particular to provide the following (a) post marked envelopes of mail received, (b) advice as to the date that the mail was re- celved.
