- Notes
- Kenneth Lee was born at Whitby Township in 1910. In 1949-1950, he was president of the Whitby Kinsmen Club and from 1953-1958 he served on the Whitby Industrial Commission.
Lee was a Town Councillor from 1946 to 1948, Deputy Reeve from 1951-1954, and Reeve from 1955-1959. He served as the council's representative on the Whitby District High School Board and was on the board of directors for Fairview Lodge and the Children's Aid Society.
Lee resigned in 1959 and moved to British Columbia. He died at Oshawa on 15 March 1969 and is buried at Mount Lawn Cemetery. - Date of Original
