- Black and white negative showing the fishing net drying racks that belonged to Joe Stevens. His fishing shack is visible in the background. Joe Stevens and Leonard Hoad are pictured.
- Notes
- Joe Stevens (1881-1963) was a commercial fisherman at Port Whitby from 1917 until his death. In 1947, he built a fishing boat which he named the 'Shirley S.', after his daughter. The boat was was in use until the mid 1960s and was broken up in 1978.
