- Black and white negative showing the Watson hand pumper.
- Notes
- This hand pump was used to put out fires at the Watson Grain Elevators at Port Whitby as early as the 1840s. The pump, thought to have been made in 1827, was donated to the Town of Whitby in 1984 and restored.
