Description
Black and white negative showing members of the Whitby Fire Department proceeding along Brock Street South during the Fire Department parade. The long building in the background is a warehosue for King Brothers' Tannery at Brock and Gilbert Streets.

The small hand-pumper in this image was used at the Watson grain elevators at Whitby Harbour in the 19th century.
