- Black and white negative showing the official opening of the Dr. J.O. Ruddy General Hospital. George Lofthouse, Chairman of the Board of Governors, is receiving the key to the hospital from architect J.S. Craig.
- Notes
- The hospital opened in December 1969 and is located on the west side of Gordon St, midway between Victoria St. and Lake Ontario. It is now called Lakeridge Health Whitby.
