- Frederick Thomas Rowe (1873-1959) and Mary Ann Kemp (1876-1951) were married at Whitby Township on 27 December 1899.
Frederick Rowe was born at Whitby Township on 6 January 1873 and died at Oshawa on 21 December 1959. He served as the Reeve of Whitby Township and Mayor of Whitby. Mary Rowe was born at Whitby on 12 February 1876 and died at Whitby on 18 March 1951. Both are buried at Mount Lawn Cemetery, Whitby. - Date of Original
