- Black and white negative showing the Ida Lynde memorial plaque that was dedicated in St. Andrew's Church in April, 1938.
The plaque reads: 'St. Andrew's Church, Whitby/To the glory of God/and/in grateful commemoration of the bequest of the late/Miss Ida Lynde/a faithful and devoted member/of this congregation/died 18th July 1937' - Notes
- Ida Louise Lynde was born at Uxbridge Township on 8 July 1866 to Hawkins Christy Lynde and Mary Ann Fox. She lived in Whitby for many years and was a faithful supporter of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. She died at Whitby on 18 July 1937 and is buried at Groveside Cemetery, Brooklin.
