Black and white negative showing a large group of people gathered in Coronation Park for Youth Day during the Centennial celebrations. Youth Day was held on 27 June 1955 and Coronation Park was dedicated on this day. Coronation Park is located at the north-east corner of Cochrane and Walnut Streets.
Notes
Whitby celebrated its Centennial of Incorporation as a town from 26 June to 3 July 1955.
