- Notes
- The Waterloo Mutual Insurance Company was established in 1863 as the Waterloo Mutual Fire Insurance Company. In 1952 it began handling all types of insurance and the "fire" was dropped from the name. In 1980 Waterloo Mutual joined the Economical Insurance Group and changed its name to Waterloo Insurance Company. Circa 1988 the Waterloo name was dropped in favour of Economical Insurance.
Dominion Life Assurance Company shared this building from 1899 to 1912. Molson's Bank also shared the building in 1881.
