Julie Finley-Swaren, City Clerk, City of Waterloo EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of Proposed Amendment No.44 to the Official Plan for the City of Waterloo Planning Area is to propose a number of housekeeping amendments in order to streamline the development approvals process following enactment of Bill 109, the More Homes for Everyone Act, 2022.
