- Building Location Survey showing the divisions for lots 29 and 30 on Menno Street, Waterloo. The survey also shows the locations of buildings and other property features. This survey was completed by Guenther Rueb Surveying Limited in 1984. The paper is signed by Guenther Rueb, Ontario Land Surveyor.
- Notes
- In 1951, Jacob C. Eby and Helen T. Eby purchased these lots from Frederick Grein for $500. The first house was likely built on the property by the Ebys. They sold it to William and Edith Kaster in 1955. Hazel Irons bought to property in 1979.
