- Statutory Declaration regarding boundary lines for lots 29 and 30 at 30 Menno Street, Waterloo. This declaration indicates that the southern boundary of the property was actually 113 feet from the intersection of Weaver Street (now Dawson Street.) There are two copies of the document. The first copy references Jacob Eby only. The second copy references both Jacob Eby and his wife, Helen Eby.

- In 1951, Jacob C. Eby and Helen T. Eby purchased these lots from Frederick Grein for $500. The first house was likely built on the property by the Ebys. They sold it to William and Edith Kaster in 1955.
