THE CITY OF Waterloo NOTICE OF COMPLETION TRILLIUM VALLEY PARK, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT POND 48 — CLEAN-OUT AND RETROFIT THE PROJECT The City of a retrofit assessment of Pond 48, which is an online stormwater management facility (pond) located within Trillium Valley Park in the City of Waterloo. THE PROCESS The project has been planned in accordance with the Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) Municipal Class EA socument (Gctober 2000, as amended in 2007 and 2011), which is an approved process under ‘the Or nds 10 and 28 Schedule ‘A+’ project, which are pre-< approved, and require Public notification, which was provided in the notice posted in the for the F Centre (PIC) on May 8, 2019.
