The project will be phased over two years, with the section from George to John Street East being completed in 2022 and the section from John to Union in 2023. In general, the scheduled work includes the replacement of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, watermains, sidewalks, curb and gutter, road base and asphalt pavement.
