Mary Street resident Mike Stinson is opposed to a new six- storey proposal off Union Street East that would merge two prop- erties with a house and existing medical clinic, for 46 residential units. He knows it's a sign of things to come for the area that's slated for intensification, and it wouldn't be entirely out of character.
