The 2019 Annual Report provides information on the operation of the municipal drinking water distribution system and the quality of its water. Copies of the City of Waterloo's Annual Report are available, free of charge, at the Waterloo Service Centre, 265 Lexington Court, by contacting Customer Service at 519-886-2310 extension 30239. An electronic copy of the Annual Report can also be downloaded from the City of Waterloo website at www.waterloo.ca The City of Waterloo City Utilities division is responsible for the operation of the water distribution and wastewater collection systems. An Annual Water Quality Report is also produced by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo and will be made available on the Region's website at www.regionofwaterloo.ca/water-reports by February 28, 2020.
