Brittany Saukel, a fifth-year student, posted a video on You- Tube, titled "The University of Waterloo is a Trap", where she chronicles her struggles with a particular language class at the university. She first intended it to be a private journal-type post, but when she viewed it back, she de- cided to post it. "I knew that there would be other people with the same is- sue," said Saukel.
