Description
Promissory note from W.L. Bitzer to G.H. Good. The note indicates that Bitzer will pay Good $40.00 after three months. The note was issued on September 6, 1932 and due on December 9, 1932. The value received was "Interest @ 7%." The promissory note was issued by the Canadian Bank of Commerce in Kitchener. The promissory note was likely issued for work done on the Kitchener Tennis Club courts.
Notes
In 1928, the Kitchener Tennis Club built five tennis courts beside the Granite Club on Agnes Street, Kitchener.

Wilfrid Bitzer was very involved in Kitchener-Waterloo tennis. In 1935, he represented the K-W Granite Club on the Twin City Tennis Association committee and went on to lead other local tournaments.

Gordon H. Good is listed as a clerk for Stand Paving Limited in the 1932 Vernon's Directory.
