- Photo shows a Waterloo Public Library staff member answering calls during curbside service in June 2020. When customers arrived to pick up their items they called a phone number that was posted outside the building and then staff would write down their information on a slip of paper. The paper would be passed to another staff member who would check out their items. Once the items were checked out, they were placed on a table for outside pickup. Photo was taken on the lower level of the Main Library.
