What has definitely helped me through COVID are my pets. We have a dog, Maggie, and two cats, Harley and Daisy. This is Harley in the photo. I have been very lucky to be able to work full-time from home, for the most part, since mid-March 2020 and have really enjoyed the experience. In these very stressful times, being able to work from the safety of my home and with my 4-legged "co-workers" has helped me better manage the additional stress brought on by these strange times. My "home office" is simply a table and most days, I have a cat on either side of me and a dog at my feet. They make me smile (and remind me to get up, move and get fresh air!) all day long. How our pets can provide such comfort by just being with us, especially in challenging times, is amazing. I'm so lucky to have them and I'm sure many other pet owners feel the same way about their furry, work-from-home co-workers. - Date of Original
