- On Sunday, May 27, 2007 the City of Waterloo celebrated its 150th anniversary with a parade and picnic in Waterloo Park. The festivities included people dressed up as historical figures, art displays and games. More information can be found in the vertical file, "Waterloo (Ont: City)-Sesquicentennial," in the Ellis Little Local History Room.
