Married Frances Dietrich
When his father brewery owner Louis Kuntz died in 1890, David Jr was only a child and his uncle Frank took on the management of the company until his death in 1896 at which point Aloyes Bauer assumed the management. When David Jr. came of age in 1910, he assumed the office of President of the brewery until his early death in 1915.

- This is a handwritten biography of David C. Kuntz Jr. from the Ellis Little Papers. This biography has been transcribed exactly as written. Ellis Little was a local historian, who was the principal of Elizabeth Ziegler Public School.On his retirement, he invested much of his time in researching and writing about Waterloo's history. The Ellis Little Papers consist of extensive notes, papers and historical works.
