- Photo of Wilson Kraft's farmhouse and barn near 151 Dearborn (University Avenue), Waterloo. An article in the June 12, 1953 edition of the Waterloo Chronicle indicates that a house permit of $8000 was issued to Wilson Kraft. Kraft owned 30 acres in this location. The land was sold in 1958 and developed.
