Competitive team coaches require the ability to teach soccer, manage a competâ€" itive game, and effectively work with other volunteers, players, and their parents. Applicants must have completed the OSA Senior Community Coaching Diploma. Waterloo Minor Soccer Club is one of the larger clubs in Ontario. The competitive program seeks to develop players and support team progression to the highest levels of youth soccer. The club works closely with coaches to support coach and player development.
