Waterloo Ontario. The 2008 budget for water and sewer services, which reflects the projected cost of providing water and wastewater services in 2008, is available free of charge at the C lerk"s Office, Main Floor, l00 Regina Street South, Waterloo. The recommended increase is necessary to offset a projected increase in Regional wholesale rates as well as to fund the various projects that the City is undertaking for the purpose of enhancing water quality and improving wastewater services, The fees and charges pro- posed in the by-law will not exceed the cost of providing the water and sanitary sewer system to City residents.
