he Kitchener Waterloo Symphony (KWS) has announced its plans for the Sept. 14â€"16 opening weekend today. Themed "welcome to the new era of the KWS," the weekend concerts will offer special festivities as Edwin Outwater begins his tenure as music director. "You can only have one first kiss, one first day of school, and one first impression," said KWS acting general manager Christopher Sharpe.
