The newly renovated space features everything from tents and other camping gear to propâ€" er hiking attire, and everything you‘ll need for a day of kayaking or canoeing down a racing river. The expansion is a dreamâ€"comeâ€" true for Webco Sports owner Cindy Weber, who is quick to point out that her business is now officially named Webcp Sports â€" Team and Outdoor. "There aren‘t too many places around here for people to buy good Gortex jackets, waterâ€" proof hiking boots or day packs," she said. Her customers knew this too. "I‘d often get calls from peoâ€" _ ple wondering if we sold tents, backpacks and lifejackets," Cindy _ Webco Spo said. Popular requests this season have been famiâ€" ly tents; camping accessories; knapsacks; and functional yet fashionable outdoor clothing. But that doesn‘t mean the store has abanâ€" doned the athletic products that have made Webco a household name in this area for 70 years. Cindy will also be organizing some softâ€" adventure trips in the near future, where particiâ€" pants can enjoy a day of outdoor activity and a night of pampering at a luxurious restaurant and hotel or lodge.
