Bechtel Park is a community park with year round active and passive facilities for which the last Master Plan was prepared in 1991. Although the cemetery and the park share these lands. a combined Master Plan has never been undertaken. The primary purpose of the Cemetery Services â€" Bechtel Park Master Plan is to proâ€" vide a comprehensive landâ€"use and delivery of service guide for the Parkview Cemeâ€" tery and Bechtel Park lands. Project Vision Bechtel Park & Parkview Cemetery are very different public amenities. Bechtel Park serves as a major passive & active recreational centre. Parkview Cemetery is our priâ€" mary community cemetery. The project vision is to develop a strategy for the shared lands that considers commuâ€" nity needs, public access, environmental sustainability and longâ€"range landâ€"use desigâ€" nations. Purpose of Public Input Session: The primary purpose of this Public Input Session is to provide the community with opportunity to comment on *Six (6) Options for Land Use‘ for the Parkview Cemetery and Bechtel Park lands.
