Chrisline Siopiolosz is a busy person. The 41â€"yearâ€"old longtime Waterloo resident juggles jobs as a receptionist and a bartender, in addition to raising her three children. This Canadian company started in British Columbia 10 years ago. But Siopiolosz didn‘t hear about it until a few months ago, when a friend of hers mentioned she was consultâ€" ing for the company. Siopiolosz had been lookâ€" ing for a partâ€"time job like this one since she gave up being a consultant for the Pampered Chef three years ago. "It‘s just a neat concept because as a consultant, I come to the person‘s home ot business or fundraiser and 1 bring everything ready to eat for the guests," Siopiâ€" olosz said. That includes dips, salsas and dressings for people to sample. So she quickly jumped at the opportunity to work with FEpicure Selections. After, guests have the aption of booking their own party and buying some products. To start, she describes the food. Then, they eat. "I bring a lot of different samples with me so the host doesn‘t have to put on a big spread," she said. "It‘s a very fun event." The dip mixes are her bestsellers so far, especially the three onion, guacamole and roasted red pepper ones. The cheese, chives and bacon dip mix is Siopiolosz‘s favourite. Her children like to dip their carrots and celery in it. Although Epicure Selec tions has been around for a decade, it‘s still fairly new to Ontario, according to Siopiâ€" "There‘s not many con sultants in Canada, much less this province, much less this area." To get involved with the company, she had to buy a starter kit for about $250. "I thought, if it doesn‘t work out, you can always eat it." But her first show â€" which was in March â€" was a success.
