Presentations to Council The Mayor and Council have set a tentative date of February 5, 2007 (start time to be determined), in the Council Chambers at the Waterloo City Centre, 100 Regina Street South, for community agencies to make their funding requests. At this meeting. your organizaâ€" tion will have an opportunity to meet the City of Waterloo elected officials, make a presentation in supâ€" port of your funding request, and address any questions from the elected officials regarding your report or presâ€" entation. No approvals or actions will take place on this day. Rather, a followâ€"up Council meeting has been tentatively scheduled for February 19, 2007 for Council to review and approve funding. Preparing your presentation The time for individual presentations will be limited in order to allow as many interested agencies as possible to participate.
