You are invited to attend an Open House and Information Session to discuss the concept of a joint west side district library and recreation complex on the west side of Waterloo, as well as the development of sports fields, on lands owned by the University of Waterloo. Waterloo Public Library, the Kitchener Waterloo YMCA and the University of Waterloo presented details of this proâ€" posed partnership to Council. The purpose of the Information Session is to provide information to the commuâ€" nity and to gather input regarding this partnership.
