The Committee will work with a compensation conâ€" sultant to: * research and analyze information pertaining to levels of compensation and other relevant benefits * identify any adjustments required + review processes and make recommendations for pay practices for elected officials. The Committee will consist of five members drawn from the community at large. Commuttee members will serve on a volunteer basis and will meet as required.
