Although he is an outstanding athlete, it is his positive attitude, helpfulness towards others and determiâ€" nation that makes him worthy of this recognition. Notable achievements: Gavin volunteers for the Catholic Family Counselling Centre which helps people of all ages. He also won the OBA basketball team award for leadership, teamâ€" work, skill and hustle. He coaches at community basketball camp and was in honour roll in Grade 7. He is involved in many school activities, schoolhouse play, sports teams, student council, athletic council and orchestra. He is well liked hy the team and shows great leadership on and off the ice. His skills as a goalie have improved tremendously during the year and he comes up with huge saves with the team needs them. Cian has a positive attitude with all team mates. The coaches have been very pleased with his great effort and he is a great example to others Notable achievements: Cian has a black belt and is a two. time league champion on Oaknidge hockey team. and he‘s won three tournaments School: MacGregor on the bench. He is second in scoring on the team and is a good defensive and offensive playâ€" er. He is great at faceoffs, foreâ€"checking, hitting and cycling the puck. He is also very good at the backâ€"checking positioning. He has a positive attiâ€" tude with all terammates. She received Ontario Volunteer Service Award, 5 year distinction recipient; holds a midâ€"90is average at school while staying very actively involved; initiated and organized a number of school fundâ€"raising/charity drives. She‘s also a member of school‘s jazz band; is actively invalved in local highland dancing company and won Premier Award for her skills. She will be attending provincial HOBY conference as Blueâ€" vale‘s student rep later this year.
