Paragraph 1 of the Byâ€"law rezones the lands from General Residence Two A ‘GR2A‘ to General Residence Two A ‘GR2A‘ with site specific provisions that prohibit duplex dwellings, semiâ€"detached dwellings. and converted dwelling houses. Paragraph 2 of the Byâ€"law rezones the lands General Residence One ‘GR 1‘ t0 General Residence One ‘GR1‘ with site specific conditions that prohibit duplex dwellings and semiâ€"detached dwellings. Byâ€"law No. 04â€"143 amends Byâ€"law No. 1108 and Byâ€"law No. 1418, being zoning Byâ€"laws for the City of Waterloo to: a) Increase the Minimum Distance Separation regulation in the General Provisions of the said Byâ€"laws from 75 metres to 150 metres: by Requre all lodging houses within the City to obtain a license; c) Repeal Byâ€"law 93â€"75 being a Byâ€"law that regulates lodging houses (to be replaced with the aboveâ€"noted Byâ€"law) Paragraph 1 of the Byâ€"law deletes existing Sections 8.30, 8.30.! and 8.30.2 in Zoning Byâ€"law 1108 which required a minimum separation distance of 75 metres between class two lodging houses. Paragraph 2 also amends Zoning Byâ€"law 1108 by adding new Sections 8.30, 8.30.1 and 8£.30.2 which will now require a minimum sepâ€" aration distance of 150 metres between class two lodging houses in the zones histed in Section $.30.1 Paragraph 2 of the Byâ€"law deletes exasting Sections 8.30, £.30 1 and £.30.2 in Zoning Byâ€"law 1418 which required a mintmum separation distance of 75 metres between class two lodging houses. Paragraph 3 also amends Zoning Byâ€"law 1418 by adding new Sections 8.30, 8 30. 1 and 8.30 2 which will now require a mimimum sepâ€" aratrion distance of 150 metres between class two lodging houses in the zones listed in Section 8 30 1 Paragraph 3 of the Byâ€"law repeals City of Waterloo Zoning Baâ€"law No 93â€"275 Map 4.
