This on going program is designed to ensure that the hydrants will operate properly when needed. This years program will involve all hydrants in the city and should be completed by the end of November. This maintenance program is quite routine, however, it may cause some temporary inconveniences such as poor water pressure and in some cases coloured water. If coloured water is detected, please open a cold water tap and allow the water to run until it clears. This is a temporary situation.
