Warriors win OUA field hockey title rl'1le fourthâ€"seeded Waterloo Warriors conâ€" tinued their winning ways on Saturday, capturing their second straight Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Women‘s Field Hockey Championship with a 2â€"0 victory over the Western Mustangs. Waterloo, who upset the topâ€"seeded University of Torontd Varsity Blues on Friâ€" day, will join Western and the host York Lions at the 2003 Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) Women‘s Field Hockey Championships at Appleby College in Oakville, next weekend. In the final, the Mustangs came out flying, earning three penalty corners in the opening three minutes. Howâ€" ever, Warriors goalie Katie McNeil stood tall, denying Western the early lead.
