Many youth have already made volunteering pan of their life. All they now have to do is document their work. o obtain their high school diploma, Ontario Tandems must perform 40 hours of commu- nity involvement activities. This is part of Ontario's new curriculum, imple- mented foilr years ago. For others. the community involvement requirement may be just the little push they need to discover the benefits of sharing their goodwill. The benefits to society are obvious. What young people will also discover is how they themselves can be enriched by the experi- ence.
