She was also a member of the Waterloo Tigers juvenile team who won the gold medal in the Provincial Championship and the East Coast Champiâ€" onship at Penn State Uniâ€" versity. She then joined the Junior team to win the bronze medal at the Provinâ€" cials. Pavin was selected to the National Junior team once again and was the top scorâ€" er at the World Champiâ€" onship qualifying tournaâ€" ment in Puerta Rico. To top that off, she was selected to the National Youth team where she won MVP honors at the World Championship qualifying tournament in Salt Lake City. Pavin is a team player who exudes focus, determiâ€" nation, intelligence and heart. This, coupled with her 93 per cent average, impacts in a very positive way with her teammates.
