The worldâ€"renowned Gusé Family is returning to the area this summer to perform in their own backâ€" yard. Jim, Nicole and Shane Gusé will present their trademark _ highâ€"paced brand of entertainment alongside popular local entertainer Neil Aitchison in Canadian Toonie at the Drayton Festival Theatre. "I‘ve never seen a family with so much talent," says Aitchison. "From singing classic tunes, to playing a variety of instruments, to step dancing up a storm â€" they have it all." Canadian Toonie is a brand new sequel to Canaâ€" dian Loonie, which sold out its entire threeâ€"month engagement at the Schoolâ€" house Theatre in St. Jacobs last summer. The show was an instant hit, and the show‘s creator Alex Musâ€" takas decided to repeat this magic formula for success by teaming Aitchison with some sensational new talent for the sequel, "There is so much presâ€" sure for a sequel to live up to the original," says Mustakas. "We knew the only way to achieve this would be to cast some truly remarkable talent, and the Gusés Gusé Family returns to star in Drayton‘s Canadian Toonie Region of Waterioo Biosolids produced and treated at municipal wastewater treatment plants in the Region of Waterloo (Region) have nutrient value and are almost entirely utilized on agricultural lands. The Region is undertaking a review of the current approach and available alternatives for managing the biosolids produced at the Region‘s wastewater treatment plants. Based on study findings to date and comments received from interested agencies and the public, a series of alternative strategies have been developed to address the handling of the Region‘s biosolids for the next twenty years. Public consultation is a key component of this study. The first public consultation centre was held on September 24, 2002 to introduce the study. Taking into conâ€" sideration comments received, alternative strategies have been developed and assessed in terms of their environmental effects, cost, benefit etc. A series of Public Consultations Centres will be held as indicated below to review and receive input from the public about the alternative strategies, and the preltimiâ€" nary identification of a preferred master plan strategy. All those with an interest in the study are urged to attend. â€" Tuesday, June 17 Wednesday, June 18 Thursday, June 19 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Ayr Fire Hall Wellesley Community Centre Bay Court 501 Scott Street Maple Leaf Street Fairview Park Mall Ayr Wellesiey Fairway Road, Kitchener If you have any questions or wish to be added to the study mailing list please contact one of the persons listed below: Joe Stephenson, M.Eng., P. Although the production does not open until the end of July, the fiveâ€"week run is already over 60 per cent sold. Mustakas notes that many theatregoers who saw the original in St. Jacobs last year are eagerly purchasing their tickets in advance this year. I highly advise everyone to do the same, before it‘s too late."
