The World Day of Prayer in Waterloo is being held on March 7 as part of a day of reflection that will be marked in more than 170 countries around the world. The theme this year is the "Holy Spirit: Fill Us." It‘s an hour of worship and song prepared by the Women of Lebanon, and people around the world will join to pray for the people of Lebanon. Locally, there will be two services held one at St. Michael‘s Church, (opposite Wilfrid Laurier Universiâ€" ty) at 1:30 p.m., and the other at First United Church at King and William Streets at 7:30 p.m. A reception will follow each service. A marriage course is being offered in March to enable married couples to build a healthy marriage.
