Regisâ€" tration is at 9:30 a.m. 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs Salt Pepper 2 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts 1 cup light sour cream 2 tablespoons light peanut butter NUTTYTABASCO CHICKEN THIGHS (Makes 4 servings) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Trim any remaining fat from the chicken thighs. Place half of the thighs in a casserole dish and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
