Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Byâ€"law deletes the following "No parking shall be located in front of the building" and replaces it with the following "No person shall locate or provide vehicâ€" ular parking in front of any building in a residential zone or in front of any building used solely for residential purposes within the City of Waterloo."
