Health departâ€" ment dental staff invite the public to participate in a virâ€" tual dental experience April 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Health and Social Services Building, 99 Regina St. S. in Waterloo. Brush, Floss and Smile The program has six key strategies for. maintaining a healthy smile. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, floss daily, and eat a wellâ€"balanced diet that limits sweets between meals. Check your mouth often, and make your dentist aware of any changes. Remember to practice tooth safety, and wear a mouthâ€" guard to prevent sports injuries. Visit you dental office for regular checkâ€"up and cleanings. To help promote these basic steps to tooth care, a poster called Brush, Hoss and Smile â€" It‘s Always in Style will be on display in dental offices across the region.
