The Warriors lost 4â€"0 to the Mustangs Saturday, in a game pictured above, before closing out the season with a 2â€" 0 loss to the Hawks Sunday. The Waterloo Minor Girls Hockey Association Bantam Raven‘s rep team opened play this past weekend in their inaugural season of play. In their first game on Saturday they won 2â€"1. Interceptions â€" by Kyle Nelson and Michael Stevens ended the Lions‘ next two possessions, _ setting . up another touchdown plunge by Evans for a 14â€"0 lead. Warriors stampeded by Mustangs Boutis. The lone Buffalo goal scorer was Lauren Fuest. On Sunday, the Waterloo Raven won 3â€"0. Goals scorâ€" ers were Cassy Bridge, Ashley _ Fitzgerald _ and Lindsay Steip. Sharing the shutout _ were _ Heather Pietrobon _ and _ Sarah Longstaff. _ The Lions responded with a touchdown to make the score 14â€"8 early in the second quarter, but two plays later Eagles‘ quarterback Scott Mitchell pitched to Evans, who threw a strike to Bryce Fleming for a touchdown.
