All submissions had to be received by Sept. 14, with a letter that included the background information of the organiâ€" posal is for the indoor ice facility. Andrew Friedel, team leader of faciliâ€" ty services for sites on the west side of town, said that it was strictly an exploratory approach with no commitâ€" ment on the part of the city to accept any of the proposals.
