Local restaurants receive Eat Smart Award A number of restaurants in the Waterloo region were recently honoured with the Eat _ Smart Award _ of Excellence for their efforts to help reduce the incidence of foodâ€"borne illness and chronic diseases, such as heart disease and cancer.
