Winter Texans are crazy for dancing hose who travel from I the northern United States and Canada to spend their winter months in the south of Texas are known as "Winter Texans." More than 500 RV and trailer parks, with more than 68,000 sites, provide a winter home for these residents. The Winter Texans aren‘t content to sit stll and bask in the sun. We have to say that they are crazy for dancâ€" ing. Our park has the largest ballroom we‘ve ever seen. The Winter Texans line dance, square dance, westâ€" ern dance, round dance and ballroom dance. Add celery, mushrooms, leeks and carrots. Cook for five minutes. Stir often. Add dill weed, pepper, bay leaf, water and potatoes. Bring to a boil. â€" Stir in chicken stock and turn heat to low. Cover pot and cook soup for 15 minâ€" utes. Stir occasionally.
