Close, realign and reconnect a portion of Woolwich Street, north of New Bedford Drive to the newly created University Avenue as shown on Map #2 below. It is proposed to convey the closed rightâ€"ofâ€"way to the abutting property owner. 3. If approved, the subject lands will be conveyed to the abutting property owners at a price consistent with fair market value. 4. Any transaction will be scheduled to close within 120 days of the passage of the appropriate street closing byâ€"law. 5. Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act, no appraisal is required. 6.
